By now it’s no secret that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in Costa Rica together. The “story” is that they’re trying to work out an agreement about the sex tapes a-hole Pratt supposedly has of them. WHATEVER. It all translates into a desperate attempt in getting the world to give them a negligible amount of attention again.
Heres the deal: Radaronline clicked photos of the Heidi doll frolicking in the waves with surgical tape plastered on her nose. The fact that these photos are supposed to be natural makes us snort through out non-surgically altered noses. Ms Poseur is so playing the camera that it’s like, photo shoot, much? Anyhoo, it got tongues wagging that she had another nose job on the sly, which would have been incredibly hypocritical since Heidi’s been wailing about her various surgeries and how they turned her into an inflatable raft. But since this is Miss Montag, hypocrisy is one of the least offensive charges.
Not so, reveals Heidi to Life & Style. The tape is to keep her nose from going completely out of whack and she’s supposedly, “… had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it.” Well 24/7 apart from filming, is what she admitted. Which means the tape stays on for what… 2.5 seconds a day?
Heidi apparently didn’t use the tape the last time she had a nose job (in 2007) which ruined the shape, and led to her second surgery. And once bitten twice shy (HAH) Heidi isn’t take any chances anymore and is sticking to the post-op plan because, “…Â I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.” Â Yes, those words actually came out of her mouth.
Heidi, everyone knows you’d turn that into a reality show, if it ever happened.

Joe Jackson, father of the late Michael Jackson, is feeling disrespected.
His lawyer, Brian Oxman, says his client has not been treated with "dignity and worth" so far by the judge in the Michael Jackson probate case.
Oxman filed papers with a California appeals court, claiming the probate judge was wrong in shutting down Joe's attempt to 86 MJ's executors.
Close friends John Branca and John McClain have been administering MJ's estate at the late icon's request, and as specified in his last, valid will.
Joe's attempts to score cash have been repeatedly struck down by them, as have his attempts to have them removed by the judge in the case.

The trial judge ruled Joe Jackson had no legal standing to object to the duo, since Joe himself was intentionally excluded by MJ as a beneficiary. Rough.
Oxman claims Joe was dependent on his son and should have a right to object to the appointment of men making the financial decisions for the Estate.
Although Joe is alleging various misdeeds by the executors - fraud, embezzlement, whatever he can make up next - he's doing more harm than good.
A lawyer for Michael Jackson's kids - Paris, Prince and Blanket - claims Joe is actually harming them with the "procedural wrangling." Margaret Lodise says Joe only cares about his stake and, therefore, he's "the ultimate dog in the manger."
Ouch. The truth hurts, doesn't it?
It's hard to fathom a celeb news story with a longer shelf life will ever come along, and in recent years we've seen John Edwards knock up Rielle Hunter, Michael Jackson pass away, Tiger Woods completely implode and Britney Spears go bat$h!t insane.
All stories that have piqued lasting interest, yes. None of those topics will likely be emblazoned across supermarket tabloid covers years later, however.
For Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, their place in celebrity gossip history is assured. Here are a couple of gems from this past week ...
TOTALLY TRUE: If NW and OK say so ...
According to OK, Brad recently reached out to Jen on the 10th anniversary of their wedding. We'd already heard Jen's stealing Brad Pitt - this confirms it!
Meanwhile, over in NW, whatever that is, we finally learn THE TRUTH about Brangelina. Considering none of what they say is true, that's an ironic headline.
Hey, at least these publications are making up new stuff. Just last month, a certain magazine actually rehashed the original Angelina hijacking of Brad.
If Angelina and Brad actually split, would we even believe it? Would we assume Jennifer Aniston were somehow involved? Would OK! wet itself with joy?
We may never know.

This is reportedly the new American Idol panel.
Most people have Bieber Fever, but some say he's a sinner.
American Idol is apparently cleaning house.
Talk of who will fill Simon Cowell's vacant seat on the hit show's panel now shifts to who will replace the other two departing judges: Ellen DeGeneres and Kara DioGuardi will not be returning next season either, according to reports.
DeGeneres, who joined the show in its ninth season earlier this year, confirmed in a statement that she told Fox it "didn’t feel like the right fit for me.”
“I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and would hold off until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next," she said. "It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for.”
The class act added: “I loved the experience working on Idol, am very grateful for the year I had, am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”
In the same statement, American Idol creator and executive producer Simon Fuller says, “I loved Ellen’s passion for the artists and her nurturing skills. She brought honesty and optimism to our judging panel and I will miss her greatly."
Next year's American Idol roster will look a lot different.
But here's where it gets interesting: TMZ reports that Kara DioGuardi has been fired from the program, which will return to a three-judge format.
Fox has not acknowledged Kara's departure in a statement, but it appears it's all but official. That leaves Randy Jackson as the last man standing.
The show will reportedly be going back to a three-judge panel of Randy and a couple of high-profile newcomers: Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.
This so-called "nuclear option" of blowing up nearly the entire panel has been kicked around for months, but nevertheless comes as a surprise.
Stars ranging from Harry Connick, Jr., to Bret Michaels, Chris Isaak and even Jessica Simpson have been rumored to be negotiating for the job.
Looks like J. Lo and the Aerosmith frontman won out.
The only way Kara could be asked back would be if the Lopez deal fell apart, but TMZ's sources claim it is already a done deal. Crazy stuff!

SHOCKER ALERT: Michael Jackson's alleged love child is not his actual daughter. She probably should've made up a fake mom for the purposes of her story.
The woman who supposedly gave birth to Mocienne Petit Jackson says ... she did not give birth to her. That will put the kibosh on a paternity claim quickly!
Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, the sister of Michael's friend Diana Ross, says Mocienne Petit Jackson "is not my daughter," but that she is "delusional" and "bizarre."
Another major hole in this tall tale, in which she is alleged to have conceived a child with Michael Jackson back in 1975? She never even met the pop icon.

Dr. Ross-Lee says Mocienne "was really harassing me at my office" for a time and was forced to have her employer contact the police to get her to stop.
She says she responded to one of her emails a few years ago to tell her she was mistaken and to wish her well. Apparently that didn't satisfy the nut job.
Mocienne has requested that a judge allow her to take a DNA test to prove she's his daughter and lay claim to custody of his kids and part of his fortune.
Hope she's not banking on it, because it seems clear this person is not related to Michael in any way, shape or form. Omer Bhatti, on the other hand ...
Stop us if you've heard this before, but a woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate love child says she's entitled to money from his estate!
Mocienne Petit Jackson says she was conceived when Michael was a minor and has filed legal documents alleging an evil plot to cover up her existence.
Yes, we're serious. Move over, Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson, you've got nothing on the latest supposed MJ spawn in terms of creative storytelling.
Her tale is one involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross' sister. Mocienne Petit Jackson claims that way back in 1975, a 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara ... who happens to be Diana Ross' sister.
Diana and Michael were close - his will left her in control of his three minor children in the even his mother predeceased him. More on his mom below ...
Mocienne Petit Jackson's claims are truly off the wall.
Mocienne claims that when she was nine years old, Katherine Jackson, the late singer's mother and legal guardian of his three actual children, hatched a plan to "abduct" MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect MJ's "reputation."
She claims all seven of her abductors were later murdered.
Petit Jackson, who currently lives in the Netherlands, has decided to come forward now so she can "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance." Hilariously, she also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life."
Right, she can definitely offer that.
Mocienne Petit Jackson also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo ... so, yeah. The whole skin thing. She filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she deserves a fat inheritance check if a judge will just green light a DNA test.
We wouldn't hold our breath.

In non-romance news, she's currently writing True You, an exercise and nutrition book. She told Essence she "wanted to write this book because [she] wanted kids to have something to read and know that they are beautiful as they are."

It's (finally) official! After a five-year engagement, actress/MTV VJ LaLa Vazquez and NBA star Carmelo Anthony married in New York City Saturday night.
Adorably, their 3-year-old son, Kiyan, escorted them to the altar.
About 320 people, including pals Kim Kardashian and Ciara, were on hand to watch LaLa walk down the aisle in a Vera Wang gown, adorned with flowers.
Carmelo proposed in 2005 with an 8-carat cushion-cut diamond, but later added 2 1/2-more carats with two matching wedding bands, worth $200,000.
"They are ready to party!" Kevin Osbourne, who led the band that played during dinner, said. "A lot of soul and R&B. Michael Jackson to Stevie Wonder."
DJ Clue was also scheduled to spin.
Congratulations to Carmelo Anthony and LaLa Vazquez!
In the run-up to the big day, LaLa Vazquez joked that wedding planning was wearing her out, even though planner Mindy Weiss was handing the details.
"I'm seeing the pre-wedding stress increase... The guest list went from this to that [indicating larger]. I'm trying to control it. It's, like, over the top now!"
Glad it worked out. Congratulations to the happy couple!
That would-be Britney Spears-themed episode of Glee the singer's manager Tweeted about in a shameless attempt to cash in on the Fox series' buzz?
It's totally on!
We're as surprised as anyone, but the show's creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that he’s writing an episode dedicated to her.
More than 13.5 million people tuned in to a Madonna-inspired episode last April. Can a Britney-themed episode come close to that total? Probably.
Will it be any good? That's another story.
GIMME MORE GLEE! Britney Spears' music is coming to the second season of the hit show. Hopefully the Glee cast all goes to Starbucks in honor of the pop princess.
Not everyone on the show, which was nominated for 19 Emmys, will be thrilled. Last May, Matthew Morrison, who plays Will Schuester, actually scoffed at the idea:
"I hope our show doesn't go along that route," he said.
We sort of hoped they wouldn't, too, but perhaps we'll be pleasantly surprised. It just doesn't seem like she has the kind of catalog or musical style to fit the show.
Lady Gaga and Madonna have more vocal talent. Breathy moans, suggestive lyrics and auto-tuning might sell records, but how will they translate on the program?

And the biggest name on Facebook among all living beings.
Friday, she surpassed 10 million fans on the social networking site, eclipsing President Barack Obama for the top spot (Britney Spears has the most Twitter fans).
The possible alter ego of Jo Calderone is only #1 among the living, of course. According to USA Today, five entities have more Facebook fans than Lady Gaga:
The rumored hermaphrodite told Rolling Stone that it's her fans who motivate her: "When I wake up in the morning, I feel like any other insecure 24-year-old."

Chris Brown defenders are not gonna like this one bit.
The singer received a lot of attention, both good and bad, for his tearful tribute to MJ at the BET Awards Sunday. As he sang "Man in the Mirror," Chris broke down.
The display of Brown channeling Michael Jackson and the lyrics hitting close to home united fans in support. Queen Latifah openly said Brown deserves forgiveness.
Yet an insider tells Us Weekly today that it was fake.
CROCODILE TEARS? The sincerity of Chris Brown's display is debatable.
Before he took the stage, a backstage source says one of Brown's bodyguards gave the singer tear-inducing eye drops: "He rubbed it in and he started crying."
Brown's rep denies it, telling Us that Brown simply "was moved by the opportunity to pay tribute to his idol." But the witness says Brown definitely used drops.
We may never know for sure, but it's not the biggest stretch in the world. Was Brown's tribute a blatant ploy for positive PR or a sincerely moving homage?

Queen Latifah is on Team Chris Brown.
The star's performance at the 10th Annual BET Awards Sunday, which she hosted, was "amazing, just amazing," she raves. "Not only was it a knockout performance, but his heartfelt emotion ... you can't plan that, you can't write that, it's just truth."
Fans have since argued what the truth actually is - specifically whether Brown's Michael Jackson tribute on stage was genuine or a shameless attempt to exploit the late King of Pop's legacy for some badly-needed positive PR.
The Queen says it's time to forgive Chris.
Queen Latifah has Chris Brown's back.
"He is young guy, he made a big mistake and he needs to bounce back from that. And he needs an opportunity for a second chance," she says. "We can't condemn that kid. He's a kid and he needs to correct the mistake for the future, not live in the past."
"He needs to be forgiven. Enough already. We can't keep beating him up. She [Rihanna] is going to grow, he's going to grow and we have to allow them both to do that."
